Two strong and respected family businesses have agreed on a merger, in which Laukamo companies will acquire the business of Dicro Oy, which also includes the entire share capital of Dicro Eesti OÜ. The merger brings together two operators with the same values and a long history, with the aim of creating an even stronger and more competitive entity.
The merger of the companies will take place in stages. Dicro personnel will transfer to Laukamo companies as existing employees, and operations will continue as normal at all locations.
Our goal is to maintain the spirit of family entrepreneurship, responsibility and customer focus while strengthening our position in the market.
