Laukamo Group has significantly enhanced its production capacity with the commissioning of the AMADA EML 2515 AJE combo laser machine. Equipped with a powerful 3kW laser source, this state-of-the-art system combines punching and laser cutting technologies, enabling more versatile and efficient sheet metal processing.
The machine features an integrated AMADA PDC (Punch Die Changer) tool changer, allowing fast and automatic tool changes. This improves production flexibility, reduces setup times, and supports the manufacturing of complex parts without manual interruptions.
The system is complemented by the AAE ASR301 PR Twin tower storage system, which enables automatic material feeding and storage across two towers. This solution optimizes material flow, reduces downtime, and supports round-the-clock production.
