Description

Laukamo DCR cabinet is a sturdy, pre assembled cabinet designed for data centers. Static load capacity NL-05 1500kg IEC 61587-1.

Powder-coated steel frame with 1-piece side panels. Lockable from inside. Cabinet color white RAL 9016 (Traffic white).

19” vertical rails at the front and rear with depth adjustment between 1050mm and 450mm. U-position and depth markings on the rails. Installation space 48U at the front and rear.

Cold-hot seal on the front of the cabinet for efficient targeting of cooling air to IT equipment. Rack unit installation space is closed with a black PVC cover plate which can be shortened in 1U intervals without tools. It is attached to the 19″ rails with plastic quick-release fasteners. Black sheet metal sealing plates between the 19” rails and side walls with 16U additional capacity. The U-slots are closed with 1U and 2U removable cover plates. Brushed through flanges are also available for the U-slots.

Removable and lockable roof from the inside. 900mm cable brush inlets on both sides, opening width 86mm. It is possible to attach a separate cable duct to the roof between adjacent cabinets. 4 x M10 fixing points at the top for the cold aisle frame structure of the equipment room.

Main grounding point on the roof of the cabinet. 8mm cable lugs are used for grounding. Different grounding rail packages are available for the inside of the cabinet. Fixing points at several points on the horizontal and vertical posts of the frame and on the side of the 19″ rails.

1-piece perforated door at front and rear with high 84.56% perforation. Tool-free lifting hinges for easy door removal and 3-point bar locking. Handle with Euro DIN lock housing, compatible with e.g. Abloy and ILOQ electric switch locks. Push button lock included. The door opens 260 degrees in stand-alone installation and 160 degrees in lined cabinets. There is a separate marking base on the upper edge of the door for more accurate cabinet identification.

At the rear on the side of the 19″ rails are height-adjustable PDU brackets for two normal or one wider PDU power distribution units on both sides.

Depth adjustable vertical cable tie rails on both sides of the cabinet at the back. Rails can also be used to mount PDU units

The cabinet has an open bottom and includes a mounting kit for lining up adjacent cabinets.

4. IEC 60297-3-100. Product is in compliance with dimensional requirements stated in the standard IEC 60297-3-100.
5. ISO / EN 12944-2; Powder painted parts of the product are in compliance with corrosion protection CLASS C3M requirements stated in the standard ISO 12944:2018
