Our operations are based on accurate technical document analysis, standard expertise, automated process information and feedback from a team of professionals. We send this information and results to the customer and any issues that arise are addressed, either as feedback or through a separate agreement through project and quality management processes.

Prototypes and NPI

Our expert NPI team manufactures the initial prototype batches, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations. These insights facilitate the industrialization of the product and aim to reduce both manufacturing and material costs. Alongside the prototype batch, we also create detailed written and visual work instructions. This approach minimizes errors during actual volume production, such as those caused by the misinterpretation of technical drawings. Typically, mass production does not commence until the customer has officially approved the prototypes.
