Testing is an integral part of our contract manufacturing services

Testing is an essential part of Laukamo’s electronics manufacturing process. All products are inspected and tested during production according to predefined testing procedures. This ensures that every product meets the required technical and quality standards before delivery to the customer.

Quality and Testing

Our production complies with the IPC/WHMA-A-620 quality standards (IPC Classes 1–3). The applicable quality class is determined based on customer requirements, the product’s intended use, its operating environment, or the specific industry.

Our manufacturing operations also meet the NATO AQAP 2110 standard, as well as, naturally, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

Depending on the specified IPC class, the products are tested in strict accordance with the quality standard. The properties we test include, among others, continuity, insulation resistance, crimp height and/or pull force, dielectric withstand voltage, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), and overall functionality.
